1307.99 PENALTY.

Any person, firm, partnership, corporation, limited liability company, trust, joint stock company, unincorporated association, governmental entity, banking institution, or any other person or organization who or which violates any provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
