1150.07 SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION OF LICENSES.
   (a)   The Director of Public Safety may, after a hearing, revoke or suspend any license issued under this chapter where it appears that the operator or massage technician has been convicted of any offense which would be cause for denial of a license upon an original application, has made a false statement on an application for a license has committed an act in violation of this chapter or has otherwise failed to comply or maintain compliance with the requirements of this chapter.
   (b)   The Director of Public Safety in revoking or suspending a massage establishment license or massage technician license shall give the licensee a written notice specifying the grounds and set a date for a hearing thereon, before taking action. Such person may thereafter appeal such action to the Mayor who may affirm, reverse or modify the suspension or revocation of the license.
