1149.08 LICENSE REVOCATION OR SUSPENSION.
   The Building Commissioner may at any time revoke or suspend any license granted under the authority of this chapter, for failure to comply with the terms of this chapter, or any of the laws or ordinances relating to the business so licensed.
   In case of the refusal to issue a license or the revocation or suspension of a license by the Building Commissioner, the applicant or licensee may appeal from such order to the Zoning and Building Standards Board of Appeals. Notice of such appeal shall be in writing and shall be filed with the Building Commissioner within ten days from the making of such order of refusal or revocation. The Zoning and Building Standards Board of Appeals shall fix the time of hearing of such appeal, at which hearing all parties interested shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard and such Board may sustain, disapprove or modify such order, and its decision shall be final.
