1149.07 NOT TO DEAL WITH MINORS; RESTRICTED HOURS.

No dealer in secondhand articles shall purchase any secondhand goods, articles or things whatsoever from any minor, apprentice or servant, knowing or having reason to believe the person to be such, or from any person or persons whatsoever between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
