(a) Any person, firm, corporation, association or partnership who violates any provision of this chapter, for which no penalty is otherwise provided, is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. Every day that such violation continues shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
(b) Any person, firm, corporation, association or partnership who violates Section 1139.025 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
