For the purpose of this chapter, the following terms shall have the meaning given herein, unless another meaning is clearly apparent in the language or context.
(a) "Party centers" mean any building, hall, room, auditorium, place, restaurant or club in which a reception, party, wedding, celebration or comparable event is held, but does not include any such affair or event held or conducted in any home.
(b) "Party centers" include any school or church hall where a liquor permit is required for any party, function or similar event.
(c) "Party centers" also include establishments where tables are rented by different groups and the occupancy exceeds 50 people.
