The Mayor shall appoint a Dance Hall Inspector for each dance held in a public dance hall, who shall be on the premises at all times, and who shall receive for his services a compensation equal to the existing overtime rate of Class A Patrolmen. Such Inspector shall have the power to enforce and carry out the provisions of this chapter regulating the conduct of such dances, and shall have the power to eject or cause to be ejected, from such dance or dances, any person or persons failing to abide by and conform to the terms of this chapter, or any rules and regulations which may be hereafter adopted by the City governing dance halls in the City.
