1125.09 COMPLIANCE WITH CODIFIED ORDINANCES.

Nothing contained in this chapter shall excuse any permit holder from compliance with any and all other applicable provisions of these Codified Ordinances. If provisions of this chapter are in conflict with any existing ordinance, then that provision which is the most restrictive shall prevail.
