1125.08 PERMIT REINSTATEMENT.

The Director of Public Safety or his duly authorized representative may reinstate suspended permits, if no fact or condition then exists which would warrant the Director or his duly authorized representative to refuse to grant a permit under the terms of this chapter and other applicable local laws.
