Public liability insurance in an amount of one hundred thousand dollars/ three hundred thousand dollars ($100,000/$300,000) and property damage insurance in an amount of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) shall be carried by every permit holder under this chapter, and such insurance shall be kept in force at all times while such permit holder holds a valid permit to operate coin-operated dry cleaning machines in this City.
