Permits issued pursuant to this chapter shall expire on December 31 of each year. The permit shall be displayed in a prominent location on the premises. Each application for a permit shall be accompanied by an application fee of fifty dollars ($50. 00), and each application for renewal of a permit shall be accompanied by an application fee of twenty dollars ($20.00). All such fees shall be paid to the Department of Finance. Any change of ownership shall require a new application and permit, with payment of fees in accordance with the above schedule therefor.
