The applicant shall furnish evidence that a public liability insurance policy, which shall include the City of South Euclid as named insured, in the amount of not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) for one person and five million dollars ($5,000,000) for anyone accident, will be in force and effect during the period of time that such premises or facilities are to be used for the purpose the permit has been applied for.
