129.10 DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY CENTER SERVICES.
   There is hereby created the Department of Community Center Services, which Department shall be headed by the Supervisor of the Community Center, who shall be appointed by and serve at the pleasure of the Mayor. The Supervisor's duties shall include, subject to the approval of the Mayor, the scheduling, direction of activities and hiring and supervision of all personnel of such Department and, further, such other duties as may be requested by the Mayor in the use and operation of the Community Center and any activities in connection therewith. The Supervisor, following approval by the Mayor, may set policy as needed governing the day-to-day operation of the Community Center, provided such policy does not conflict with any ordinance governing the Community Center.
