The following rules and regulations shall govern play on all Municipal tennis courts:
(a) Resident Use. All courts are reserved for South Euclid residents only.
(b) Required Dress. Tennis shoes and shirts must be worn at all times.
(c) Adult Priorities. All day Saturdays and Sundays, and weekdays after 6:00 p. m. priority will be given to adults eighteen years of age and older. Children accompanied by and playing with adults will be permitted to play during these periods.
(d) Playing Time Limits. Tennis playing limits when people are waiting, winner system not in effect:
(1) Singles - 3/4 hour
(2) Doubles - 1-1/2 hours
(e) Nonplayers Prohibited. Nonplayers not allowed on court.
(f) Authority to Reserve. During the months of June, July and August the Recreation Commission has the right to reserve courts during the morning and a portion of early afternoons, weekdays, for tennis instruction.
(g) Instruction Personnel. All tennis instruction is permitted only by authorized personnel.
(h) Additional Rules. The Director of Service is hereby instructed to institute such other rules as may be necessary for proper conduct of play and to post such additional rules.
