931.06 CIVIL LIABILITY.

The resident taxpayer signing the application for a use permit shall be the person liable for damage or loss in excess of the deposit and, upon certification of the amount thereof, action may be brought therefor by the Director of Law on behalf of the City in the South Euclid Municipal Court.
