The Superintendent of Refuse Disposal and Properties shall, under the supervision of the Director of Service, be responsible for the operation, maintenance and supervision of all public buildings and public lands, the collection and disposal of all garbage and refuse and the maintenance of trucks and other equipment incidental thereto. The Superintendent shall perform such other duties as are required of him by the Director of Service.
