917.02 COLLECTION OF WASTE MATERIALS FROM RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES.

The Mayor, his designated representative or Director of Service shall make and publish rules and regulations for the collection and disposal of waste materials from residential properties within the municipal corporation.
