129.04 DIVISION OF REFUSE DISPOSAL AND PROPERTIES.

There is created within the Department of Service, a Division of Refuse Disposal and Properties which shall be administered by a Superintendent appointed by the Mayor, who shall serve at the pleasure of the Mayor.
