127.03 PROSECUTOR.

The Director of Law may appoint a Prosecutor, with the approval of the Mayor, who shall serve at the pleasure of the Director. No person is eligible for appointment who has not been admitted to the practice of law in the State of Ohio. No bond is required of the prosecutor.
