(a) No oil or gas well drilling unit shall be located in any of the following areas:
(1) Any residential area which has a density of three built residential houses or units or more to an acre; or
(2) Any residential area which has been subdivided to a density of three lots or more to an acre;
(b) This prohibition expressly excludes Highland Park Golf Course and any Cemetery unless said property is converted to residential use in the future.
