As a condition of the issuance of the permit, the applicant shall save the City harmless from any and all damages to persons or property and from any other costs that may arise from the granting of the permit, and the applicant shall replace to the satisfaction of the Director of Service any curb, flagging or pavement disturbed in the doing of the work authorized by the permit.
