125.06 RENTAL RATES FOR PISTOL RANGES.
   (a)   The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to establish a rate for rental of the pistol range located in the police facility of the City to other governmental agencies at an hourly rate to be computed by the Finance Department, which shall be based upon the cost of labor, utilities expended and supplies furnished for the rental of such pistol range by the City. Such rental does not include ammunition which is to be furnished by the participating agency.
(Ord. 36-81. Passed 12-14-81.)
   (b)   The participating agency is responsible for its men and equipment on South Euclid premises. It will indemnify and save the City harmless from any and all liabilities or damages of any nature whatever, directly or indirectly incurred by such employees and representatives in their use of the City premises. Such liabilities and damages shall also include South Euclid's costs and attorneys' fees or reasonable value thereof if the exact expense is not known. The participating agency shall further agree that its personnel take the premises as they are, that the premises are satisfactory to them, that they are not business invitees, but mere licensees; that the personnel using South Euclid facilities shall be instructed as to the meaning of such terms under Ohio law by the legal officer of such participating agency. The participating agency shall arrange that its personnel will be in the course of their employment of such participating agency's business while its personnel are using the aforesaid facilities, much the same as is provided for under typical mutual aid contracts between municipalities including those between South Euclid and communities in its near vicinity.
   (c)   The participating agency desiring to have its members use the pistol range shall cause a copy of this section to be signed in lieu of preparation of other documents by the appropriate contract-making official or officials of such agency, and file such signed copy hereof with the Clerk of Council of the City.
