The following charges are hereby established for the reports and records indicated:
Police and Fire reports, per side | No fee - first report (Residents only) |
Police reports except accident reports | $.10 a page plus postage unless picked up |
EMS Reports | $.10 a page plus postage unless picked up |
Police accident reports | $4.00, or the rate established in Ohio R.C. 5502.12, whichever is higher |
Each page (a page shall be considered one side of a piece of paper) thereafter, will be provided at a cost of ten cents ($.10) per page. | |
Duplicate Polaroid | $ 1.50 per photo |
Compact Disc(s)/DVD(s) | 3.00 each |
Video Tape(s) | 5.00 each |
Fingerprinting | 5.00 per card |
Tow Release | 25.00 |
Ordinances and Resolutions, per page | Up to $.10 per page |
Provided, however, that each person attending a meeting of Council shall be entitled to receive a free copy of each Ordinance and Resolution on the agenda, other than those listed under the Mayor's report for referral to committee. | |
