(a) There is established in the Department of Finance the position of Superintendent of Repair and Maintenance of Parking Meters.
(b) It shall be the duty of the Superintendent of Repair and Maintenance of Parking Meters to inspect, service, repair and maintain the parking meters in the City, and to withdraw therefrom, at such times as shall be directed by the Finance Director, the money deposited therein and account for and deliver such money to the Finance Director.
