125.02 PERSONNEL.

A first and second assistant to the Director of Finance shall be appointed by the Mayor to assist the Director in carrying out the duties assigned to him, and such assistants shall serve at the pleasure of the Mayor. The Mayor may appoint such secretaries in the Department of Finance as will enable the Director to carry out the duties required of him.
