113.01 ENACTING CLAUSE.

The enacting clause of all ordinances hereafter passed by Council shall be: "Be it ordained by the Council of the City of South Euclid". The enacting clause of all ordinances hereafter submitted by initiative shall be: "Be it ordained by the people of the City of South Euclid".
