739.03 CONDITIONAL USE REQUIREMENTS.

(a) Medical offices, urgent care centers and hospitals are conditionally permitted in the M-G District, provided a minimum distance of 200 feet separates residential uses from the lot on which the medical use is located.

(b) Other conditionally permitted uses shall be subject to the requirements of Section 762.05.
