The design as depicted on the drawing, a copy of which is hereto attached and made a part hereof, presented by the Clerk of Council, is accepted and official designation made that the same shall hereafter be the Seal of the City.
The Director of Finance is authorized to purchase such equipment as is necessary to impress the seal of the City upon such official documents and other instruments as are required to be so sealed.
