Upon adoption of this chapter and annually thereafter, Council shall present a true copy of this chapter to the President of the United States, to the Premier of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, to the Director of the International Atomic Energy Agency, and to the Secretary General of the United Nations. In addition, true copies of this chapter shall be sent to the Governor of the State of Ohio, United States Senators and United States Representative, and to the State Senator and State Representative from this district.
