§ 52.03 MAINTENANCE OF RECEPTACLES.

Every residential household receiving a village approved refuse cart shall keep same in a sanitary condition. No hot ashes shall be placed in any refuse cart of any wooden receptacle. Abuse, theft or misuse of the refuse cart is prohibited and shall be deemed a violation of this subchapter subject to the penalties provided.
