§ 90.31 CAGED ANIMALS.
   Owners of caged rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, gerbils, rats and mice that have been owned over 30 days shall not be required to obtain a veterinary examination when their caged animal has bitten a person, but shall report the health of the biting animal by telephone or in person to the Kane County Department of Animal and Rabies Control on the first and tenth day following the bite.
