§ 50.99 VIOLATION; PENALTY.
   Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this section of the Village of South Elgin Code of Ordinances, shall be fined in accordance with § 10.99 of this code for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
