It is a violation of this code to (i) have the surface finish of any driveway, where the same crosses the sidewalk constructed of such materials as to render it slippery or otherwise hazardous to pedestrians, (ii) to have the grade of such portion of the driveway vary from the grade of the adjoining sidewalk, or (iii) obstruct surface drainage. The grade of the driveway shall match as closely as practicably possible the grade of the adjoining sidewalk.
