It shall be a violation of this code for any person to engage in any activity associated with the preparation of land for development or associated with the construction, reconstruction, repair or maintenance of a new or existing building or other structure on weekdays (Monday through Friday) and on weekends (Saturday only) earlier than 7:00 a.m. or later than 7:00 p.m., except in case or urgent necessity in the interest of public health and safety, and then only with the prior written authorization from the Director. Work is prohibited at any time on Sunday or holidays without prior written authorization from the Director.
