§ 50.24 OBSTRUCTING VIEW AT CORNERS PROHIBITED.
   It is a violation of this code to construct, maintain or permit to remain any fence or other structure, or any bushes, trees, objects, or other plants or vegetation, at a height of more than 30 inches above the elevation of the center of the street’s intersection within twenty feet of the corner formed by the intersection of any two right-of-way lines [i.e., the “sight-distance triangle”).
