§ 93.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Except as otherwise provided in this section, whomever is found to violate any provision of this ordinance shall be fined not more than $50. Any such violation shall constitute a separate offense on each successive day continued.
   (B)   Anyone violates § 93.06 is guilty of a fourth degree misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than $250 and imprisonment for not more than 30 days, and is liable in treble damages for the injury caused. If the property can be restored substantially to its former condition, damages shall be the reasonable cost of restoring the property. If the property cannot be restored substantially to its former condition, damages shall be the cost of replacing the street tree with like kind and quality.
   (C)   Whoever violates §§ 93.09 through 93.12 of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Each day’s violation or each repeated violation by the same person shall constitute a separate offense.
