§ 93.06 ABUSE AND/OR MUTILATION OF STREET TREES.
   (A)   Unless specifically authorized by the Tree Commission no person shall damage, cut, carve, deface, transplant or remove any street tree in or on the tree lawn, in or on the public right-of-way, or in or on property owned by the village.
   (B)   Unless specifically authorized by the Tree Commission, no person shall attach a rope, wire, nails, advertising posters or other contrivance to any street tree in or on the tree lawn, in or on the public right-of-way or in or on property owned by the village.
   (C)   No person shall allow any gaseous liquid or solid substance which is harmful to come into contact with street trees in or on the tree lawn, in or on the public right-of-way, or in or on property owned by the village.
   (D)   No person shall set fire or permit any fire to burn when such fire or heat therefrom will injure any portion of any street tree in or on the tree lawn, in or on the public right-of-way, or in or on property owned by the village.
