175.03 ACCEPTANCE BY POLICE OF CASH BONDS OR DEPOSITS UPON ARREST.

Any police officer so designated may accept a cash bond or deposit from any person arrested for the appearance of such person so arrested before the Municipal Judge for trial on the charge for which such person was so arrested.

All such cash bonds or deposits shall be accounted for to the Municipal Judge by any officer accepting such bonds or deposits.
