(a) The Parks and Recreation Department shall maintain the Criel Mound Park described in Section 150.01(d). Such maintenance shall include cutting grass, trimming shrubbery and trees, keeping lights and fountain in working order, and other appropriate maintenance. Nothing herein contained shall be construed as prohibiting other City departments or authorized contractors from performing such maintenance work to the satisfaction of the Director of Parks and Recreation.
