150.01 DEFINITIONS.
   As used in this article, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
   (a)   "Commercial purposes" means individual or corporate for-profit activities or promotional activities which reflect the individual or corporation as the sole benefactor. Such activities include, but are not limited to, carnivals, fairs, sales and promotions by private enterprises.
   (b)   "Community purposes" means activities conducted primarily for the benefit of the residents of the community. Such activities include, but are not limited to, civic, cultural, educational, historical and holiday celebrations, as well as fraternal and religious gatherings. Such activities shall also include those sponsored by boards and commissions of the City.
   (c)   "Criel Mound" means that certain ellipse-shaped land situated near the center of the Criel Mound Park, defined in subsection (d) hereof, measuring approximately 175 feet in diameter and thirty-five feet in height.
   (d)   "Criel Mound Park" means all property, including the Criel Mound itself and the surrounding park area situated on the property located in the City bounded by Seventh Avenue on the south, Oakes Avenue on the west, MacCorkle Avenue on the north and Ashby Street on the east, including the triangular parcel containing the War Memorial located east of Ashby Street. Such property is more specifically described in Deed Book 187 at Page 139 in the office of the County Clerk.
   (e)   "Recreational purposes" means, but shall not be limited to, leisure sitting on park benches, viewing or enjoying historical and scenic pursuits, or walking around the Criel Mound Park area.
   (f)   "Stage area" means the landscaped area located on the westerly portion of the Criel Mound Park, as described in subsection (d) hereof, facing Oakes Avenue and containing a stage, park benches, flower planters and a sculpture.
