115.09 FILING ORDINANCES TO BE CONSIDERED.
   Every ordinance, resolution and document to come before Council for consideration, except as provided in the following Sections 115.10 to 115.12, shall be filed with the Clerk before 2:00 p.m. two days before the day on which Council meets.
