115.08 TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF RULES.

Any provision of the rules set out in Sections 115.01 to 115.07 may be temporarily suspended at any meeting of Council by a two-thirds vote of all members elected. The vote on any such suspension shall be taken by "yeas" and "nays" and entered upon the records.
