115.01 ADMISSION WITHIN BAR OF COUNCIL CHAMBER.

No persons except members of Council, officers named in the rules and persons invited by the presiding officer of Council or by vote of Council shall be admitted within the bar of the Council chamber and the sergeant at arms shall cause this rule to be rigidly enforced.

Any person violating this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
