1505.02 PROPERTY BOARD TO SERVE AS FIRE INSPECTION BOARD.
        (a)    The South Charleston Property Board is hereby empowered to carry out the responsibilities cited in Section 1505.03.
 
   (b)   The Board is hereby authorized to adopt bylaws and other administrative regulations to enable it to most efficiently carry out the responsibilities cited in Section 1505.03.
