The premises of all food handling establishments under the provisions of this article shall be subject to inspection by the Property Board at any and all times during business hours. If, after an inspection is made, the Property Board determines that the regulations governing the sanitation of food handling establishments, as adopted in Section 1113.06, are being violated or in the event the Property Board finds, after such inspection, that any one of such regulations is being violated, then the certificate of approval issued for such food handling establishment shall immediately be revoked. Upon receipt of the finding of the Property Board, the City Treasurer shall cause to be served upon the person operating such offending food handling establishment a notice that the certificate of approval of such food handling establishment is revoked.
