1113.06 STATE REGULATIONS ADOPTED.

The regulations adopted by the State Board of Health under the provisions of West Virginia Code 16-1-7, insofar as the same are applicable, are hereby adopted as and shall be the regulations governing food handling establishments. The inspections or examinations therein provided for shall be made by the Property Board.
