(a) Trucks or vehicles loaded with refuse and garbage, collected pursuant to a permit issued under Section 955.19, shall deliver the material to the disposal point promptly. No refuse shall remain on the truck or vehicle in excess of sixteen hours.
(b) Delivery of refuse and garbage at the point of disposal shall be between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
