955.20 DISPOSAL LOCATION OF PRIVATE COLLECTORS.
   The disposal of all refuse collected in the City pursuant to a permit issued under Section 955.19 shall be on property approved. owned or leased by the City and designated for that perpose. (1970 Code Sec. 25-19)
