955.12 DEPOSIT OF COMMERCIAL REFUSE AT ANOTHER LOCATION WITH INTENT TO DEFRAUD CITY.

No person owning or operating a commercial establishment to which the services mentioned in Section 955.07 are provided, shall deposit the commercial refuse generated from such establishment at another commercial establishment or a private residence, with the intention to defraud the City or to evade the payment of the charges, or any part thereof, mentioned in Section 955.07.
