The Sanitary Board shall charge the following fees to implement the pretreatment program. All customers requiring industrial user permits that are classified as significant industrial users shall be charged an annual permit fee of $500.00. For all customers requiring industrial user permits that are not classified as significant industrial users the annual permit fee will be $150.00.
All industrial user permit applications and modification applications shall be charged a $150.00 permit application fee.
